Expo Life Style (ELS), the exhibition you are about to explore is indeed designed to offer the spectacular visual narratives that characterize this new cultural feel. Expo Lifestyle for Luxury and Excellence (ELS) is a new fair held in parallel to CIBS, the most prominent Yacht Show in Asia, which caters to the top-notch segment of the luxury producers. CIBS is in fact a very successful B2C / B2B exhibition, with an enviable 16 years history. In its latest edition it gathered over 400 exhibitors from more than 20 countries with over 300 real boats on display and a further 100+ model boats. The overall turnover was up threefold to an astonishing RMB 1Bn, which is almost USD150m. CIBS has thus become the most comprehensive and impressive boat show in Asia whereas it combines yachts and boats, equipment and accessories.
Given the aforesaid, and considering the booming market for luxury products in China, the same Organizer is launching an independent but complementary Expo – ELS – aimed at offering HNWI the chance to visit a pavilion dedicated to the excellence in lifestyle. For three main reasons: PR event, direct purchases and business opportunities. For a luxury lifestyle brand already operating in China or interested in entering the market, the Expo will therefore provide immediate exposure to prospective investors, distributors, buyers and to hundreds of influential commentators. 中国(上海)尚品生活展(简称ELS)将携手中国(上海)国际游艇展(简称CIBS)同期隆重亮相于上海世博展览馆,旨在为国内外所有讲究生活品质的高端消费群体打造时尚、奢华的文化和消费体验。众所周知,CIBS是一个非常成功的B2C及B2B展会,拥有令业内艳羡的16年辉煌历史与业绩。在2011年的CIBS展会中,共有来自全球20多个国家的400多位参展商参加,并有超过300款真实船只以及100多款模型船只参与展示。整个展会的成交额较往届翻了3倍,达到了令人吃惊的10亿元人民币,相当于1.5亿美元。CIBS也因此成为了整个亚洲地区最全面,令人印象最深刻的游艇展,与此同时,其参展内容也涵盖了游艇、船只、设备配件等关联产品。
